Marketing Manager

Your role

• You will develop a marketing strategy where our brand identity is central: you know how to position Forum Ethibel in a unique and distinctive way in the market.
• You support your colleagues (research officers) in communicating about sustainable financial-technical products. You analyse product proposals and translate them into a go-to-market strategy: product introduction, pricing, prospecting, storytelling... You are responsible for content; you take care of the website, the newsletters (MailChimp) and manage social media (LinkedIn).
• In close consultation with these colleagues, you determine the timing of launch moments, also based on market conditions and collaborations that you closely monitor.
• You measure and analyse the marketing actions (performance and KPIs: e.g., followers, click rates…).

• You are involved in the development of new financial products and services.

Your profile
• You have an interest in socially responsible business and investing. You want to help accelerate the transition to a sustainable society.
• As a Master in marketing and/or communication, you have at least two years of experience with product marketing and launching new products and services.
• Experience with a non-profit organization or an NGO is a plus.
• You have an affinity with social and financial current affairs.
• You have a smooth writing style.
• You are Dutch-speaking or French-speaking and have a good basic knowledge of the other language. Moreover, you are proficient in English.
• You are proficient with MailChimp, Google Analytics, and MS Office.
We offer
• A part-time indefinite contract (20-hour week with the possibility of compensation with ADV days).
• A job with a strong social impact.
• Lots of autonomy and room for initiative.
• A strong learning culture: room for self-development and training.
• Pleasant working atmosphere in a small and dynamic team.
• Remuneration according to scale, including 13th month in proportion to the period worked.
• Extra-legal benefits: meal vouchers and eco vouchers in proportion to the working period, health insurance, group insurance, commuting allowance for public transport.
