Vision - Mission - Values


Our vision is to actively promote socially responsible investing (SRI) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) to accelerate the transition to a sustainable society. 


Our mission is to enhance transparency, social responsibility and ethical behaviour on financial markets.

We do this through the development of specific services and products, including quality labels, audits and certifications of financial and non-financial products that comply with specific ethical criteria and commitments in terms of the environment, social aspects and good governance. To achieve this, we work together with investors, savers, financial institutions, companies, governments and NGOs and we actively contribute to standardization and quality-setting in the SRI sector.

Four core values

  1. Commitment. We are committed to all our stakeholders and we actively listen to their views. We communicate openly with them about our choices.
  2. Credibility. Our relationships are based on trust, truthfulness and honesty. We do what we say and we say what we do. We maintain our integrity, objectivity and independence and accept no illegitimate outside pressure. We allow external verification.
  3. Effectiveness. We strive to be efficient and effective, in all our operations in order to achieve a maximal societal impact. 
  4. Innovativeness. We create demand in the SRI market and develop new relevant products and services to stimulate SRI.
